Do you create custom items? Can we order more than just hoodies?
Absolutely! We offer both fully custom pieces and popular selections from our catalog. We customize items with printing, embroidery, PVC, and woven labels. In addition to apparel, we brand promotional items like bottles, tumblers, and more. We also provide custom gift packaging.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We accept orders starting from 20 pieces for garments and from just 1 piece for promotional items. Keep in mind, the smaller the order, the higher the cost per item.
How quickly do you produce the items? Is there an option for expedited production?
For new projects, including sample development and revisions, the process takes around 3-4 weeks. Promo items are ready in 7 10 business days. Standard garment production takes 3-4 weeks. If you need a rush order, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Where is your production facility located?
We are based in Warsaw, Poland.
Do you offer help with design?
Yes! We actively collaborate with clients on design to ensure it aligns with their brand culture.
What are your delivery terms?
We ship via trusted logistics partners with tracking. Shipping costs are based on carrier rates.
Can we provide our own design for the order?
Of course! You’re welcome to share your design files, and we’ll guide you on the best customization methods.

Is it possible to get a sample before placing an order?
Yes, we provide samples before production. If you’re in a different country, we can arrange international shipping.
Can I change the order details after it has been confirmed?
Once production begins, changes may not be possible, but reach out ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.
What payment methods do you accept, and is there a deposit required?
We require 100% prepayment before production starts.
Do you have storage options for large orders?
Yes, we offer storage in our warehouse and ship on demand.
